What "Full Spectrum" Means

Most infrared saunas use far-infrared heaters only. A full spectrum sauna adds near-infrared and mid-infrared emitters alongside the far-infrared panels, so the cabin produces a broader range of infrared wavelengths at once instead of just one. Each of the 20 models in this collection is built this way — the manufacturer lists "Full Spectrum" as part of the heater specification, not just a marketing name.

Sizes and Brands

This collection spans 1-2 person to 4-person cabins from Dynamic, Golden Designs, Maxxus and Enlighten. Most are indoor models; the two Enlighten Rustic models are outdoor-rated. Full Spectrum vs Far Infrared

A far-infrared-only sauna and a full spectrum sauna both heat the body directly rather than just heating the air, and both reach similar cabin temperatures.
