  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Used saunas or accessories
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without a RAN, as they will not be accepted.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note the following details:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please specify this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
