Shipping Policy

At AnySauna, we have spent over a decade perfecting the art of relaxation, wellness, and everyday luxury. That commitment to excellence extends to how your premium sauna is delivered to your home.

Because our saunas are large, high-value items, we do not use standard parcel shipping. Instead, we partner with specialized freight carriers to provide a secure, hands-on, and coordinated delivery experience.

Here is everything you need to know about how your new sauna will make its way to you.


💰 Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

We believe your luxury experience should begin the moment you check out. That is why all orders over $1,000 qualify for completely free standard freight shipping (which includes curbside delivery).

For orders under $1,000, or for individual bath and wellness accessories, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery address.


⏱️ Estimated Delivery Timeline

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 Business Days (from the date of order placement, depending on your location).


🚚 The Delivery Journey: What to Expect

1. Order Processing & Warehouse Pickup (Days 1–3)

As soon as you place your order, our fulfillment team gets to work. We immediately request a specialized freight carrier to pick up your securely packaged sauna from our distribution center.

  • Our Carrier Partners: We work with top-tier national freight companies to ensure safe transit, including Saia, Estes Express, Custom Companies, and ACF Freight.

  • Timeline: Pickup from our facility typically occurs within the first 1 to 3 business days.

2. Transit to Your Local Terminal & Scheduling (Days 3–8)

Once picked up, your sauna begins its journey to the freight terminal nearest your delivery address.

  • Mandatory Delivery Appointment: Freight deliveries require your presence. Once the shipment arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery date and time window. Please note: Your sauna will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.

  • Last-Mile Delivery: Depending on the accessibility of your neighborhood, a specialized "last-mile" carrier with a smaller box truck may be used for the final leg of the journey. We will proactively notify you if this applies to your order.

3. Delivery Day (Days 8–10)

On the day of your scheduled appointment, the delivery team will arrive with your sauna.

  • Curbside Delivery: Our standard free shipping includes curbside delivery. The driver will use a liftgate to safely lower your sauna off the truck and place it on your driveway or as close to your property line as safely possible based on the truck's access.

  • Please note that drivers are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or move the sauna into your home or backyard.


⚠️ Important: Receiving & Inspecting Your Sauna

Your sauna is carefully packaged to withstand transit, but it is critical that you inspect the shipment upon arrival before signing the carrier's delivery receipt.

  1. Do a Visual Check: Walk around the pallet and look for any visible signs of damage to the boxes, shrink wrap, or pallets (e.g., tears, crushed corners, or footprints).

  2. Document Everything: If you see any damage, you must write "DAMAGED" clearly on the delivery receipt before signing it.

  3. Notify Us Immediately: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the delivery receipt, and email them to hello@anysauna.com.

  4. We've Got You Covered: Once you notify us and provide the photos, our team will step in and handle the claim and resolution for you.
