Once you place your order, our fulfillment team preps your securely packaged sauna for warehouse pickup within 1 to 3 business days. Total transit time to your home typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. No surprise drop-offs. Freight deliveries require your presence. Once your shipment reaches your local freight terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your sauna will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.

The driver will safely lower your packaged sauna off the truck and place it on your driveway or as close to your property line as safely possible.
