Choosing a 1-Person Sauna

A 1-person sauna is the smallest cabin size and the easiest to fit into a bedroom, home office, or apartment corner. It's also the most affordable way to add a daily sauna habit at home, since a single-user cabin uses less material and fewer heater panels than a 2-person or larger model.

Indoor Infrared 1-Person Models

Most of our 1-person saunas are compact indoor infrared cabins from Dynamic Sauna, priced from around $1,400 to $1,700, using Ultra Low EMF carbon heaters. We also carry lightweight portable saunas from HeatWave, starting around $500, which use a tent-style enclosure instead of a wood cabin.

Space and Power Requirements

A 1-person cabin is the easiest size to place: check the product page's Interior Dimensions and Exterior Dimensions specs, since a corner-fit model needs less wall space than a straight-bench design. Indoor infrared 1-person saunas typically run on a standard 120V household outlet — confirm on the Electrical Requirements spec before you buy.
