Once you place your order, our fulfillment team preps your securely packaged sauna for warehouse pickup within 1 to 3 business days. Total transit time to your home typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. No surprise drop-offs. Freight deliveries require your presence. Once your shipment reaches your local freight terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your sauna will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
Your scheduled delivery includes curbside service with a liftgate. The driver will safely lower your packaged sauna off the truck and place it on your driveway or as close to your property line as safely possible. Please note that drivers are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or move the sauna into your home or backyard.
We package our products carefully to withstand transit, but it is critical that you visually inspect the boxes, shrink wrap, and pallets before signing the delivery receipt.
