Because our saunas are large, high-value items, we ship them securely on pallets via specialized freight carriers. Standard freight shipping is completely free for all orders over $1,000. (Shipping costs for orders under $1,000 or individual accessories are calculated at checkout).
Once you place your order, our fulfillment team preps your securely packaged sauna for warehouse pickup within 1 to 3 business days. Total transit time to your home typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. For more specific expectations, you can also find an estimated delivery time for each sauna directly on its product page.
No surprise drop-offs. Freight deliveries require your presence. Once your shipment reaches your local freight terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your sauna will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
Your scheduled delivery includes curbside service with a liftgate. The driver will safely lower your packaged sauna off the truck and place it on your driveway or as close to your property line as safely possible. Please note that drivers are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or move the sauna into your home or backyard.
We package our products carefully to withstand transit, but it is critical that you visually inspect the boxes, shrink wrap, and pallets before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any signs of damage, write "DAMAGED" on the receipt, take clear photos, and email them to hello@anysauna.com so our team can step in and handle the claim and resolution for you.
