Total transit time to your home typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. No surprise drop-offs. Freight deliveries require your presence. Once your shipment reaches your local freight terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your sauna will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
Your scheduled delivery includes curbside service with a liftgate. The driver will safely lower your packaged sauna off the truck and place it on your driveway or as close to your property line as safely possible.
